Liz Simmons has a joyful passion for counseling and believes deeply that the
relationship between a counselor and a client can be a powerful space for awareness,
healing, and growth. She creates an environment where clients feel safe, seen, heard,

A Bit About Liz
Liz grew up in a huge family with 10 siblings and has lived all over, finally settling in
Idaho in 1997. She loves fitness, singing, and teaching and did lots of that before going
back to school. She has always been fascinated by the mind and relationships,
spending years diving into books and attending discussion groups and book clubs a-
plenty.
She is married to her best friend and is the proud mom of six wild and wonderful kids.
Counseling has always been her dream job, and she loves helping people find more
peace and fulfillment in their lives.
In her free time, Liz enjoys skiing, gardening, decorating, thrift shopping, soaking in
ridiculously long baths, laughing so hard watching Penguins of Madagascar (again), or
disappearing into a good book.
