Are you accepting new clients?

Yes! However, space is limited, so please be flexible when scheduling appointments.
Also, if you plan to use insurance, be advised that not all clinicians are contracted with each insurance company. Seeing an out-of-network clinician may result in higher copays. Consider seeing an Intern Therapist at a discounted rate.

When do you have available appointments?

Appointments are available most days Monday-Friday 9:00 am to 8:00 pm, depending on the provider. Medication management services have available appointments on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday (depending on the week) from 6:00 pm to 8:45 pm.

What is the cost of services?

The cost of services differs based on the type of service provided and also the specific provider. For a list of services offered and their cost please call.

Please see our Discounted Services page for service options at a lower rate than standard therapy.

Many of our providers are also contracted with Idaho Medicaid. Contact the Idaho Dept of Health & Welfare to apply.

How early should I come for my first appointment?

You should arrive at our office at least 30 minutes before your first appointment to fill out paperwork, verify coverage, etc. If this isn't possible, we encourage you to print and complete our New Patient Intake Packet before your first appointment. Failure to fill out intake paperwork before your appointment start time may result in a shortened visit or, in some cases, rescheduling of your appointment.

What types of insurance do you take?

We are happy to bill private insurance companies and Medicaid (go here to see a list of insurances we accept). However, not all therapists are contracted with each insurance company. As always, we encourage you to be informed of your coverage and call the number on the back of your card to find out which therapists are in your network. *Sessions with Intern Therapists are not billable to insurance.
