How do I get to your office?

Coming from the south (Idaho Falls, Rigby, US-20):
Take the second Rexburg exit (Exit 333) to Rexburg Main Street. Drive straight thru town, then turn left on 2nd East (next to the courthouse). Drive two blocks, then turn right on 2nd South (next to Pick Me Up Drinks). Drive two more blocks. Our office is on the left inside the Rexburg Medical Center. We are located on the bottom floor; simply park in the back of the building, and follow the ramp down to our office.

Coming from the north (Sugar City, Teton, St. Anthony):

Enter Rexburg from US-20 (Exit 337) or from ID-33; this road becomes 2nd East. Drive straight into town, passing landmarks such as Walmart, Deseret Industries, Pizza Pie Cafe. Turn left on 2nd South (next to Pick Me Up Drinks). Drive two more blocks. Our office is on the left inside the Rexburg Medical Center. We are located on the bottom floor; simply park in the back of the building, and follow the ramp down to our office.

Are you accepting new clients?

Yes! However, space is limited, so please be flexible when scheduling appointments.
Also, if you plan to use insurance, be advised that not all clinicians are contracted with each insurance company. Seeing an out-of-network clinician may result in higher copays. Consider seeing an Intern Therapist at a discounted rate.

When do you have available appointments?

Appointments are available most days Monday-Thursday 9:00am to 6:00pm, and Fridays 9:00am - 5:00pm depending on the provider's schedule. Please call the office to get an updated and accurate schedule if you'd like to make an appointment.

What is the cost of services?

The cost of services differs based on the type of service provided and also the specific provider. For a list of services offered and their cost please call.

Many of our providers are also contracted with Idaho Medicaid. Contact the Idaho Dept of Health & Welfare to apply.

What types of insurance do you take?

We are happy to bill private insurance companies and Medicaid. However, not all therapists are contracted with each insurance company. As always, we encourage you to be informed of your coverage and call the number on the back of your card to find out which therapists are in your network.
