Kerry Draney is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Board-Certified Music Therapist, Certified Clinical Partner Specialist Candidate and educator.
Kerry holds master’s degrees in Social Work and Public Administration from Arizona State University and a bachelor’s degree in Music Therapy from Utah State University. Her diverse professional background includes mental health counseling, school social work, higher education, and music therapy in medical, behavioral health, and community settings. She works with adults across the lifespan.
For more than a decade, Kerry has also taught at the university level, with a focus on mindfulness and stress management. Her experience as both a clinician and educator informs her practical, thoughtful approach to helping clients better understand themselves and navigate life’s challenges.
As a therapist, Kerry integrates evidence-based approaches with a compassionate, strengths-based perspective. She has a particular interest in working with betrayed partners, as well as individuals experiencing anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, and women’s issues.
While Kerry draws from a variety of therapeutic approaches, her specialized training includes Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and the Multidimensional Trauma Model through APSATS (Association of Partners of Sex Addicts Trauma Specialists). These approaches support her trauma-informed work with clients navigating betrayal, relational trauma, and other distressing life experiences.
Kerry is also trained in the Gottman Method and the Bringing Baby Home program, which inform her work with relationships, communication, connection, and the transition to parenthood. Together, these approaches allow Kerry to tailor therapy to each client’s unique experiences, relationships, and goals.
Kerry believes meaningful change is strengthened through greater self-awareness, practical skills, resilience, and authentic connection—with ourselves, our families, and our communities. Outside of work, Kerry enjoys traveling, writing, gardening, and laughing with the people she holds most dear.

Brayden Waddoups is a Master’s-level Student Therapist currently completing his graduate training at Capella University. He has a strong interest in working with couples and families and is especially drawn to therapeutic approaches that emphasize relationships, connection, and systemic understanding.
Brayden believes that effective therapy begins with active listening, empathy, and respect, and he values treating every individual with dignity and inherent worth. He strives to advocate for the needs of those he works with and approaches each client with care, curiosity, and openness. His goal is to be of help in whatever capacity he can, meeting clients where they are and supporting them through meaningful change.
His clinical orientation is informed by Bowen Family Therapy and Family Systems Theory, which view individuals as part of interconnected relational systems rather than in isolation. From this perspective, Brayden focuses on understanding patterns of interaction, emotional processes, and generational influences that shape relationships, while supporting clients in developing greater self-awareness, balance, and intentionality within their families and partnerships.
