Jess graduated from Utah State University with her Masters in Social Work. She has worked in the
mental health field for over 20 years in various capacities, but the last 10 years have been as a
counselor. Jess enjoys working with a variety of clients from young children to the elderly and has
experience in many modalities and techniques. She uses an eclectic style of counseling and strives to
make each person feel comfortable in counseling so they can open up and she can help guide them as
they work on improving themselves and their lives at their speed.
Jess has been a supervisor for the past 5 years and enjoys using her years of experience in the field to
help guide and shape new counselors in finding their own unique style of helping others. Jess currently
works full time as the director of D7 Treatment.
Ethan Bonham believes that the therapeutic relationship is a cornerstone of healing, providing a compassionate space where clients feel truly seen, heard, and understood. He focuses on helping clients integrate their lived experiences to find greater clarity, autonomy, and peace.

Ethan holds a degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Idaho State University and is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). Outside of the therapy room, Ethan loves rock climbing, skiing, music, and art. He loves any type of animal and would own a zoo if he could. Whether he is working or relaxing, he values authenticity and finding joy in the small, everyday moments.
