Hi, my name is Ethan Bonham. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) holding a degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Idaho State University. I enjoy providing individual counseling tailored specifically to meet the unique needs of children, adolescents, and adults facing a wide range of life and mental health challenges.
My therapeutic approach is grounded in humanistic psychology, emphasizing individualized care that focuses on your autonomy and unique lived experience. To ensure holistic support, I integrate specialized modalities into my practice, utilizing biofeedback and somatic work to address the physiological components of stress, anxiety, and trauma. Additionally, I enjoy play therapy, which offers a developmentally appropriate and creative intervention for younger individuals. I look forward to fostering a collaborative, empowering therapeutic alliance to support you throughout your journey.
