About Trevor Nelson

Trevor Nelson, Licensed Clinical Social Worker

I graduated with a Master's Degree in Social Work from BYU. I provide a warm, safe, and judgment free environment where you will be heard and respected. I will encourage and assist you to identify and challenge your non-productive thoughts and behaviors.  Along with helping you identifying the non-productive thoughts and behaviors, I will also help you identify the productive thoughts and behaviors that you already use and help you use those strengths to your advantage. I will encourage you to set goals and help you work toward them. I provide individual therapy, marriage therapy, family therapy and group therapy. I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults.

I specialize in treating perfectionism, low self-esteem, depression, anxiety, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, anger issues, communication issues, skill building with those that have autism, helping children with behavior issues, and helping people navigate this crazy thing called life.
