I have assisted a myriad of individuals and families in the upper valley since 1994. In my career, I have served as a psychosocial rehabilitation provider, group counselor, case manager, community trainer, and mental health clinician. I am a retired military veteran, and served in Iraq as a Behavioral Health Officer for a Heavy Combat Brigade. My unique experience as a provider has fostered a profound belief that the human spirit of every individual can survive, adapt, and overcome unimaginable odds. I absolutely believe that you can heal and reach your goals. It is truly a privilege to observe the transformation of individuals and families as they grow, heal, and completely re-engage in life at its fullest. I believe in providing a safe and non-judgemental environment where a pathway for healing can be achieved.
I specialize in the treatment of Post Traumatic Stress and other trauma issues, and I am trained in all of the most effective treatments for trauma, including Prolonged Exposure (PE), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Image Replacement and Rescripting Therapy (IRRT). I also have years of experience treating depression, anxiety, grief and loss, pornography addiction, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, and other challanges.
